How to give a user access to another property

You can give as many people as you want access to your GuestRevu account(s) on by adding them as users.

Note: only the account owner may grant a user access to an account. You can see who the account owner is by looking for the owner icon in your user list (found in Account > Users).

Account owner

To become an account owner you will need to ask the current owner to give you ownership or contact the support team by using the chat at the bottom right of your screen.

  1. Log in to your GuestRevu account at
  2. Click on Account > Users
  3. Click on the User you want to give permission to access additional properties

  4. Click on the Account Settings tab and then on the Add Property bottom at the bottom of the property list
  5. In the popup that appears, click the Add button next to the property you would like to give the user access to. You can use the search box at the top to find the correct property if necessary.
  6. Select the appropriate user permissions, which will control which features the user will have access to for this property.  
  7. Once you have selected the user permissions, click on Add Property
