Sometimes a guest provides an incorrect email address or their details have changed. In this article, we will show you how to edit your guests’ details after they’ve already been uploaded to your GuestRevu account.
This feature allows you to make sure that every guest’s details are accurate, and every guest gets the opportunity to give you their valuable feedback.
- Log in to your GuestRevu account at https://my.guestrevuapp.com
- Click on Guests > Manage Guests
- Click Actions next to the guest whose details need updating
- Click on Edit Guest Details
- Edit the details as needed, navigating between tabs at the top of the window to edit specific details.
- Click Save to update your guest’s details.
If you’re unsure of whether or not details are incorrect, you can tell by the status on your Manage Invitations page. If the status is “Hard Bounced”, it is likely that the email address is either incorrect or no longer exists. Click here to learn more about email statuses.
