This is simply because certain review sites (such as Booking.com, Google, and Facebook) give guests the option to just leave a rating without actually leaving a full review.
When reviews like these are pulled into your GuestRevu account, they will show up with no title, comment or even the guests’ names in some cases — just an overall rating for your property.
