In this article, we will show you how to customise your online source management response template that you can use to send personalised feedback responses to your guests.
1. Log in to your GuestRevu account at https://my.guestrevuapp.com
2. Click on Account > ORM Settings and then Response Template
3. Edit the response template wording by typing your changes into the response content box
4. Once you're happy with your changes, click save. The updated template will show when you respond to your online reviews
Top tip: Dynamic fields help with personalisation—they’ll automatically update based on your guest's details and who’s sending the response.
