With the customised RAW exports, you can select which columns of RAW data you’d like to export and in which format
- Log into your GuestRevu account at https://my.guestrevuapp.com
- Click on Reviews
- In the top right-hand corner, click on Customised RAW Exports
- Click Configure RAW Export
- A pop-up window will display your configured RAW exports. Click Add to begin setting up your custom RAW report
- To begin setting up your custom report, provide a name and description, choose your preferred file format (xls, csv, or txt), decide if you want to include headers, and select the specific columns you wish to export
- Once you’re happy, click Save
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to modify your custom report, as well as add new reports or delete existing ones
Can I change the order of the columns?
You can easily rearrange the columns by dragging them into your preferred order. Additionally, you have the option to rename each column to customize the headings according to your preferences.
What is the difference between Review Columns and Survey Columns?
Review columns contain guest data collected from your Property Management System, guest uploads, live survey links, or QR codes. Survey Columns include all the questions presented in your questionnaire.
Can I add multiple custom reports to my account?
You can add as many custom reports to your account as you like. To add a new report for export, simply repeat the steps above.
Can I default my custom report for download?
To set a different report as your default, simply click on the "Default" option. A tick mark will replace the "x," indicating that your selected report is now the default for future downloads.
It is important to note that these custom reports are account specific rather than user specific. This means that any custom reports that are configured, will be seen by all users that have access to your account.
