Source: Where this review comes from, such as your GuestRevu guest feedback questionnaire, TripAdvisor, Booking.com., Facebook, etc.
Sentiment: Whether a review is positive, neutral or negative, based on an algorithmic sentiment analysis of its wording. (Enterprise and Group only)

Management Response: A tick will indicate that a response has been sent and “on-click” will display the actual response.
Review Rating: Average rating calculated by all the ratings given in the related review.
Net Promoter Score: How likely this reviewer says they would be to recommend your property to friends and family.
Overall Satisfaction: How satisfied this guest was with their stay based on the related reviews.
Value for Money: The rating that this guest gave you for value for money on the related question.
