This article will provide you with the steps on how to filter guests who opted in for promotional emails.
1. Log in to your GuestRevu account at https://my.guestrevuapp.com
2. On the left-hand side, navigate
to the "Review tab"
3. Click on "Advanced Filters" and a pop-up screen will appear.
4. Select "Question Filters" and scroll down to the "Promotional Email" question, and select the number of guests who answered "Yes"
5. Once, you have made your selection, click "Set Filter" and then "Apply"
You will now see that the reviews have been filtered, and only those guests who opted in for promotional emails will be displayed.
From here, you can download an Excel report by clicking on "Export Raw Reviews", which will download all the guests' data who have opted in to receive promotional material.
