To help you quickly and easily read and respond to reviews, we’ve added a filter to show you which reviews have been read by you or other users, and which haven’t been opened yet.
To read and respond to new reviews, log into your GuestRevu account at https://my.guestrevuapp.com, and navigate to Reviews in the left-hand menu.
Here you will find a list of all online reviews and survey responses that you’ve received during the date range that you’ve chosen. Reviews that haven’t been read yet will have their review date and display name bolded to make them easy to identify.
You can also apply a filter to only show unread reviews. To do this, click on the New button above the list of reviews, and click Apply.
Once you’ve applied the filter, your screen will refresh to only show you the reviews that have not yet been clicked on or viewed by any users under your account.
