A reminder is an email that goes out to your guest if they haven’t responded to your first questionnaire invitation email. Your account will be set up to only send out one reminder by default.
We highly recommend sending out reminders, as we find that a large majority of guests open and respond to reminder emails more often than the first email that goes out. However, it is also important not to send so many reminders that guests feel they are being harassed. In this article, we will show you how to change the number of reminder emails that get sent to your guests.
- Log in to your GuestRevu account at https://my.guestrevuapp.com
- Click on Questionnaires
- Click on Configuration under the survey you would like to change the settings for
- Scroll down to Email settings, click on the Reminder Frequency drop-down, and choose your preferred option
- Click Save to confirm your settings
