You may have noticed that some of the properties in your group don’t always appear on certain ratings in your Group Leaderboard Report. This is because no guests have responded to that particular question during the date range that you’ve selected.

For instance, all your properties except for one are ranked on your Spa question. The one property that is not appearing in the report most likely had no guests who made use of the spa for that time period, so they left the rating blank when filling out your guest feedback questionnaire.
