While responses to reviews can be automated, there will be times when you want to respond to a positive or negative review personally. In this article, we will show you how tosend an email response to your guest’s reviewdirectly from your GuestRevu account. We highlyrecommend responding to negative and positive reviewsof your property, since this shows that you care about your guests.
Search for the reviewerto whom you would like to write a personal response to
Click onActions > Respondor on the blue arrow icon.
Type in a suitable subject line and messagerelated to their review. Please note: when copying and pasting a response from a program such as Word, use Control + Shift + V (Windows) or Command + Shift + V (Mac) to paste without formatting. You can also clear your formatting by selecting your entire message text and then clicking on the eraser icon from the text formatting options.
Click onSendto send your response directly to your guest.
