Changing how many questionnaire reminders guests receive
A reminder is an email that goes out to your guest if they haven’t responded to your first questionnaire invitation email. Your account will be set up to only send out one reminder by default. We highly recommend sending out reminders, as we find that a large majority of guests open and respond to reminder emails more often than the first email that goes out. However, it is also important not to send so many reminders that guests feel they are being harassed.
