Can I prevent guests who stay with me very regularly from receiving a questionnaire every time they visit?
GuestRevu automatically prevents repeat guests from receiving an invitation email every time they stay. For example, if you have a particular guest who stays every week for business in the area, she will receive an email the first time she stays asking for her feedback, and they will only get another invitation two months later (or after the delay you have specified).
This also acts as a fail-safe for manually uploading guest details. When doing manual uploads, it’s easy to upload the same list or email twice by mistake. This will prevent the guest from receiving an invitation email twice in error.
